Our motorhomes are delivered with all the essential equipment you need to travel. Customers only need to bring bed linen and bath towels — or you can rent these from us as an add-on.

The rental includes 250 km per day (e.g. 7 days = 1,400 km included). Unused kilometers are not transferable. Over the limit, an additional 0.35€/km applies. Recommended option: activate unlimited mileage for 10€/day (must be booked before the rental starts).

Standard check-in is from 13:00 to 19:30 and check-out from 08:30 to 11:00. Returns outside the agreed time may carry a 25€/hour surcharge.

A standard B category driver's license is sufficient. The vehicle weighs under 3,500 kg (2,937 kg), so no special license is required.

Yes, a 1,000€ security deposit is required, managed directly by the owner via bank transfer or card. It is fully refunded after the vehicle is returned in good condition.

Yes, pets are welcome on board! Please let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly. A mandatory post-trip pet cleaning fee of 60€ applies.

Trips abroad require prior authorization. Please contact us before booking to confirm the route and obtain the corresponding authorization.

No, smoking is strictly not allowed inside the motorhome. This policy helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.

Pickup and drop-off is in Seville. We also offer transfers from the airport, train station, or bus station (contact us for transfer rates).

✔️ Parking = like a car, allowed. ⚠️ Sleeping inside = generally allowed. ❌ Putting out a table, chairs or awning = considered illegal camping and may incur a fine. Always park in designated areas and follow local regulations.

Before starting: adjust mirrors, check seats and seatbelts, close doors, windows, skylights and fridge, lock drawers and cabinets, retract the step, lower the antenna, disconnect the power cable, close the tanks and secure everything inside. While driving: keep a moderate speed (90–110 km/h), increase your safety distance, use the mirrors, watch for crosswind and avoid sudden movements. Remember: approximate height is 3 meters (mind the parkings!), greater wind sensitivity and longer braking distance. Enjoy the ride without rushing.

There are three tanks: (1) Fresh water: holds drinking water, filled from the outside; a pump sends it to taps, shower and toilet — the pump activates automatically when you open a tap. (2) Grey water: collects used water from the sink and shower; not drinkable, must be emptied at designated service areas. (3) Black water: collects toilet waste, kept separate for hygiene and emptied at specific points. All tanks usually have level indicators; empty and clean them regularly to avoid odors and bacteria.

Grey water (sink + shower): go to a motorhome service area, place the tank outlet over the floor grate, open the valve, let it drain fully and close it. Empty every 1–2 days to avoid odors. Black water (chemical WC): remove the cassette from the outside, take it to the dump point, remove the cap, pour slowly, rinse with clean water, add chemical liquid and put it back. Never empty waste into a regular toilet or in nature. MiarmaVans tips: don't pour oil or food scraps down the sink, use special chemical-WC toilet paper, always keep some water in the cassette, and empty more often in summer.

If cancellation is made more than 30 days before the rental start date, 50% of the total amount is refunded. If cancellation is made 30 days or less in advance, no refund will be issued. Cancellations must be sent in writing through our official channels (email or WhatsApp).
